Pool & Beach Experience
The pool is located on the property and is shared with a separate unit in the back; however, when you rent this home, the pool is reserved exclusively for your use. The tenant in the back unit will not use the pool during your stay, so you’ll have it completely to yourself. The only time you may see someone is for routine pool maintenance and cleaning—otherwise, it’s all yours to relax and enjoy.
To make your stay even better, we provide everything you need for a perfect beach day, including towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach tent, paddleboard, fishing poles, and fishing gear. Truly, everything is set up for you to have fun and make the most of your time by the ocean.
This is one of the best places you can be—just come, relax, and enjoy it all.
Guest Access – Parking
Your designated parking space is clearly marked for Unit #2. If you need an additional space, one may be available right next to your unit along the pathway for your convenience
Other things to note – Groceries & Delivery
f you’d like to have groceries ready for your stay, you can order through Instacart for delivery. Just let me know when your order is arriving, and I’ll be happy to place everything in the fridge for you so it’s ready when you get here.
We provide a starter kit for your vacation so you don’t have to run to the store right away. To make your arrival easier and more comfortable, we prepare a few essentials for you. In the kitchen, we provide dish soap, paper towels, coffee essentials, sugar, salt, oil, and basic cooking utensils. In the bathrooms, you will find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, body lotion, fresh towels, and extra linens and towels more the 5 days.
We also provide extra linens and extra towels for guests staying longer than one week.
The water from the kitchen sink on the left side is alkaline water with a special filtration system, so you do not have to waste money buying bottled water. Our goal is to make you feel at home and help you enjoy a relaxing and stress-free stay
